1. Shipping Coverage
We ship Pan-India through our trusted delivery partners.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees (if any) will be shown at checkout.
Free Shipping applies only during special offers or promotions.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 0–1 working day.
If the product is in stock, it is dispatched within 24 hours.
4. Delivery Time
Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 2–4 working days.
Delivery occurs between Monday–Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM.
5. Tracking Details
You will receive your tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.
6. Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate address with PIN code, phone number, and email ID to avoid delivery delays.
7. Delivery Issues
If a delivery fails due to:
- Wrong or incomplete address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailability
The package may return to us (RTO). Re-shipping charges may apply as per our Return Policy.
8. Possible Delays
Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, strikes, or courier operational issues. We appreciate your patience in such rare cases.
