RARE AMRIT – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because we deal in food products, we follow a strict but fair return and replacement policy to ensure safety and hygiene.

1. General Policy

Once an order is confirmed and shipped, we do not accept open-box returns for “change of mind”, taste preference, or personal dislikes.

However, if there is any issue with damage, missing item, wrong product, or spoilage, we are happy to help with a replacement or resolution.

2. Time Window to Raise an Issue

If you face a problem with your order, please contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of the order being marked as Delivered.

Include your Order ID and clear details of the issue.

3. When Can We Replace / Resolve?

We can consider replacement / resolution in the following cases:

Damaged Product on Delivery

Outer box severely damaged, product jar/pouch broken, leaking, or torn.

Wrong Product Received

You received a different product or variant than what you ordered.

Missing Product in the Parcel

One or more items from your order are not present in the box.

Spoiled / Expired Product on Arrival

Product is spoiled, has fungus, or has already passed its expiry date when delivered.

Note: We cannot accept returns for minor variations in colour, shape, size, or natural taste, as nuts and natural foods are agricultural products and vary from batch to batch.

4. What You Need to Share (Evidence)

To help us investigate and resolve quickly, please share:

  • Order ID
  • Photo of the invoice label on the box
  • 1 clear photo of the outer box / packaging
  • 2–3 clear photos or a short unboxing video showing:
    • the sealed parcel,
    • product condition inside,
    • area of damage/spoilage/missing item.

This helps us raise a claim with our courier and quality teams and avoid misuse.

5. Replacement vs Refund

In most valid cases (damaged / wrong / missing / spoiled), we will first try to replace the affected item(s) with a fresh product.

Refunds may be offered only in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of Rare Amrit (for example, if replacement is not possible).

Once approved:

  • Replacement dispatch usually happens within 3–5 working days after verification.
  • For refunds (if approved), the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after internal approval. Bank / payment gateway processing time may vary.

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

  • Request raised after 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
  • Product already used, consumed or partially consumed.
  • Product opened without any damage or quality issue.
  • Issues related purely to personal taste or preference.
  • Products bought under special sale, discount, bundle, or gifting category, unless damaged/defective.
  • Any claim without sufficient photo / video proof.

7. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation only before the order is shipped.

If the order is already packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If accepted, your prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Rare Amrit reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, payment problems, unserviceable location, or other operational reasons. A full refund will be processed in such cases.
